Yes, the Virtual Assistant can make UNLIMITED outbound calls to anywhere in the United States. They can also make international calls.
How do I contact my Virtual Assistant?
We will give you dedicated number for you to call your Virtual Assistant. This will be a US number. As an upgrade, for $15 a month we can give you your own dedicated local number. For Example a New York resident would get a 212 area code to call their Virtual Assistant at, a Chicago resident will get a 312 number, a Los Angeles resident will get a 323 number, etc. It doesn’t matter where you are, we will get you a local number for anywhere in the United States.
You can also email your Virtual Assistant directly. Instant messengers like Yahoo, MSN, SKYPE, AIM, etc. are also available.
How long does it take to start the services?
We can setup your account instantly and Virtual Assistant will be allocated to your account the same day if the task is urgent. Under normal circumstances we need 3 business days to start the services.
How many hours a week can my Virtual Assistant work?
Your Virtual Assistant can work either 20 or 40 hours a week. If you need someone to be available 24/7 we can assemble a team to accommodate that.
